How do I place an order?

  1. Finish adding products to your cart.
  2. Next you have to fill in your personal information - email address, phone number, shipping address.
  3. If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the "DISCOUNT" field located on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click on the "APPLY" button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order. 
  4. Continue by clicking “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “CONTINUE ON TO PAYMENT METHOD”.
  5. You have to complete your payment details.  
  6. Once you have completed the form, click on the "COMPLETE ORDER" button. You will recieve an order confirmation email once you finish it.

I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at info@lavnail.com and we will fix it for you.

What are your payment options?
We process payments via your credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or PayPal. 

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping cost is calculated automatically.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.

When can I expect to receive my shipment? 
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 Business Days. The package will be delivered in 7-15 Business Days, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.We apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

How can I cancel an order?
You can request order cancellation after 2 hours. After this time, our system processes it so you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back. 

What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items when my order arrives?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at info@lavnail.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order number) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be below). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.

What can I do if my package gets lost?
Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our packages worldwide. In case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you as soon as possible and make necessary changes to your order. 

How can I change my shipping address?
Change of address is only allowed after 3-5 hours of placing your order. You can contact us at info@lavnail.com to make a change of address. 

Is my personal information kept private?
Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
